A question for 24 fans. What are the computer security levels on used by CTU, when it existed on the TV series 24? And who were in each security level and when?

Season One: Jack Bauer/George Mason
Season Two: George Mason/Tony Almieda
Season Three: Tony Almieda/Jack Bauer
Season Four: Erin Driscoll/Bill Buchanan
Season Five: Bill Buchanan/Karen Hayes

There seems to be a recurring theme. Nobody who starts the day as director of CTU ends the day as director.
